Hi, my name is Leigh and I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a native to Norfolk County! I’ve been working, learning, and growing in the natural health industry for over a decade.

I was so happy to join the ladies at Simcoe Natural Foods to help support the people of our great community on their natural health journeys.

I enjoy hiking, camping and spending time at our beautiful beaches with my family. I have a passion for creating healthy versions of some of my favourite meals and desserts as well as natural skin care products!
